Best Cocktail & whisky Bars in SINGAPORE
#1 - Atlas
One of the most beautiful bars in the world. The gorgeous art deco motif is carried throughout every part of the bar from the seats, menu illustrations, statutes, staff uniforms, everything is so thoughtfully designed. The first time I tried the cocktails here was years ago when it first opened, I did not think much of them. Now I love the cocktails here! It is incredibly rare for a bar to improve over the years and they have done it. The staff is well trained in both service and craft. I attribute much of this to the bar manager. She has been there since opening, ensuring that as time goes by and changes happen, quality is maintained. I adore this place.

#2 - Night Hawk
If I lived in Singapore, this is probably the bar I would frequent the most. Most of my favorite cocktails in Singapore were here. The staff training is a little uneven, they might have been training a new bartender when I was there who was not very good at all, but other bartenders there were very good. Service was great, the bar is lively without being annoying. What a great place to have a drink.

#3 - Manhattan
The decor of the bar is not a style I enjoy. It is a slick looking bar that reminds me of a high-end club, so I was a little apprehensive when I sat down. Once I looked at the menu it changed my mind. It was well laid out and thoughtfully designed. The cocktails were delicious.

Part of the Pint and Jigger Group. This is my favorite of their bars.

#6 - Live Twice
Solid elegant cocktails, but a very small cocktail menu all with a similar style so if your palette does not match theirs, you will find a cocktail you will enjoy.

Basically a club/music venue, but enjoyable solid cocktails.

#8 - Neon Pigeon
Enjoyable cocktails. The neon décor I personally found annoying. The bartender was very nice.
#9 - Long Bar
A huge line to get into this world famous bar. The birth place of the Singapore Sling. It is made well here, but their other cocktails are decent. It is adorned in a classic colonial design. As far as tourist traps go this place is not bad at all.

Other bars
These are other bars I visited, but do not recommend. Some I would visit only under specific circumstances such as going with a large number of people, or if I were in the area. But most are simply not worth visiting or a bad experience.
Elephant Room
Come here for 1 cocktail. The Ramu’s Fizz. The other cocktails are ok, but that’s not what you should drink.

It may have been good once. I tried the entire cocktail list trying to understand why this place is popular. I never found the answer because I did not like anything I tried.
Nutmeg and Clove
The cocktails were not good. Nothing was balanced. From the bartenders I watched, most were not trained very low or had low technique.
