Mizunura The Library
Japanese style cocktail bar. Elegantly appointed with a pristine Japanese garden patio. Cocktails are executed in the precise Japanese style that also delicious. The walls are lined with rare Japanese whiskies priced rather fairly. They do offer half, quarter and third pours which is perfect for me because I prefer to taste.

Japanese style cocktail bar. The best cocktails I had in Hong Kong. They focus on classics here, but they also do bespoke seasonal fruit cocktails. They also have a separate floor dedicated to spirits. Unfortunately it was closed when I visited. But if the spirits selection at the cocktail bar are any indication, it should be quite splendid.
